$45.00 Travel Fee for signings in Nassau, Queens or Brooklyn N.Y. and 1st notarized signature**
Additional Distance Travel Fee ( up to 30 miles outside of Nassau, Queens and Brooklyn ) $45.00 + tolls
* Each additional mile over 30 miles outside of Nassau, Queens and Brooklyn @ $1.25/mile

After Hour Fee (9PM-Midnight) $ 45.00
- Travel fee calculation based on start point of zip code 11358
- Basic fees reflect services to start within 15 minutes of requested arrival time.
- Waiting period beyond 30 minutes past the scheduled appointment time will result in an additional fee of $15 for each additional 15 minutes.
Mobile services are payable in full, in advance and are non-refundable.
You will receive prompt, professional service at your location. I accept cash, credit (American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard) , Cash app, Venmo, Zelle and debit card payments prior to notary signing appointments. Escrow, title companies and business can be invoiced. All invoices are payable within 30 days of singing appointment.

Loan Signing Basic Fees include:
- Travel to convenient location for borrower
- Accurate notarization of documents
- Contact escrow/title company regarding borrower questions or issues
- Quick and timely delivery of completed documents
- Professional and courteous customer service
Mortgage Loan Package Notarization w/o eDocs,
- Includes all documents prepared, printed & delivered by the client to me $100.00
- 1st & 2nd Loan Package – Piggyback Loan (Nassau, Queens and Brooklyn) $175.00
- Home Equity Lines of Credit – HELOC (Nassau, Queens and Brooklyn) $ 75.00
- Additional Distance Travel Fee (up to 30 miles outside of Nassau, Queens and Brooklyn ) $45.00 + tolls
- Each additional borrowers (more than 2) $25.00 each
- Service Fee of 20% will be added for open invoices 30 days past due
- No Show, Refuse-to-sign documents, Loan Cancelled: Fees are still due and payable.
