The Client is granted a non-exclusive limited-use license of this Intellectual Property. Title, copyright, intellectual property rights and distribution rights of the Intellectual Property remain exclusively with the Contractor.
If you would like the exclusive rights a contract at an exponentially higher rate will be provided.
Marketing refers to proven concepts and services to increase profitability, original idea’s, public relations, content creation, implementation and training of how to use new products / services.
A marketing package with be designed based on your specific needs.

I am efficient, quick, reliable and professional. The majority of my clients are repeat clients and referrals. I have an SUV and a station wagon to move, pick up or donate items. If a larger vehicle is necessary and U-Haul vehicle can be rented and disposal of large items may be available at an additional cost (rental + gas / tolls + additional labor + disposal cost)
My services do no include cleaning, lifting heavy things (I may be able push them around the room,) or move items up and down multiple flights of stairs, I organize. I do however have a team of people I can recommend for those services.
Interior Decorating Consultant
Available for interior decorating in private homes, apartments, businesses or office buildings.
All consultations include suggestions, final design layout and links to items if you choose to order it yourself, or an escrow account needs to be formed or advance deposit needs to be made for purchasing if you prefer I do all the purchasing.

Furniture Assembly
1 hour Minimum
I can assemble IKEA, Wayfair, CB2, String, as well as all other brands. I have a cordless drill for shelves and childproofing however, I need access to an outlet to mount items to a concrete, brick or metal wall. Rate is per hour. Flat rates may be available for large projects. Please contact me for an estimate.
Furniture Assembly / Mounting Classes
I teach in home private lessons on how to assemble furniture and mount items to a wall. You will need to have items for me to assemble or mount to a wall.
Photography
I specialize in event photography (not formal weddings), informal weddings, surprise engagements, boudoir, office parties, head shots, linked in, business website photos.
I enjoy capturing the moment so you can remember it for a lifetime. This rate is for all unedited shots. You provide the SD card and at the end of the event I give you back the SD card or I can upload photos to a Google drive. Photo airbrushing is $25 per 5 edits.
Head shots are $150. Includes Digital photos only. Print package available upon request. Discounts available for multi-person / group head shots. Contact me for pricing.
Traveling Notary
Initial travel cost is $50 + $ per signature ( Discounts available for multiple signatures. ) (Initial travel cost should be paid in advance , Notary signature fees paid in cash at the time of the service) in Queens, Nassau, Brooklyn, NYC. Any other counties require travel expenses (gas and toll’s both ways, flights if applicable) to be covered.
Available for Loan Signings – Mortgage Loan Package Notarization w/o eDocs, Piggyback Loan, Home Equity Lines of Credit – HELOC in Nassau, Queens and Brooklyn. For Pricing on services and pricing on longer distances
Wall Mounting
1 hour Minimum
A TV can be mounted in about 30 min if drywall; brick, concrete or metal will take about 45 min-1 hour. Wires can be hidden if you purchase and provide the kit. Please note the wall must be hollow to hide wires. I need access to an outlet to mount items to a concrete, brick or metal wall. Anything over 20 pounds I will need help lifting. You must provide ladder for mounting anything over 10 feet from the ground. I do not mount anything that requires electrical work (ceiling lights / fans) or sawing.
Website Design + Social Media Set Up
- Includes Domain Name Purchase (for one year)
- Set up of Gmail Email linked to all accounts
- Set up and linking of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
- Initial Website development (does not include a store / retail website, prices for store / retail websites found below.)
- You are responsible for Purchasing Hosting & SSL Certificate (which can cost anywhere from 150-400 depending on your needs.)
- 1 hour phone consultation ( To answer any questions or inquiries)
$450 for a simple 3 page site Home / About / Custom page of your choosing / Contact Page or a 1 page site with all content and photos provided by the client
$700+ for a multi-page site, with some content and photos provided by the client yet still requiring content creation / research and free image research / implementation. Final Cost is based on the quantity of pages / subpages and amount of content creation and stock image research.
$100 1.5 hour in house training session (To explain and show you how to use all services (social media and website design navigation in case you need to make changes in the future.) If you would like an all inclusive package consisting of page maintenance and updates you can see packages below.
